Coyote Looking in the Distance
I had arrived at the park early in the morning and was able to see the sunrise. I was not sure what I was going to find but I had hopes to see white-tailed deer or possibly a coyote. Except a few hours had passed and I did not find any wildlife. I was getting ready to pack up and leave when I spotted not one, but two coyotes! I was able to get into position ahead of them in the direction they were headed and I sat and waited. After a few minutes, this beautiful coyote came out trotting down the trail toward me. She stopped a few times to track another animal but ultimately continued down the path toward me. I was able to capture this photo as the beautiful coyote looked off into the distance to my left.
